How to sign and stamp a PDF online

Upload your signature and stamp as JPG or PNG photos or scans. The white background is removed automatically; adjust the sensitivity slider if needed, or turn the ink official blue.

Choose the pages: all pages, first page only, last page only or a custom range.
Position the signature and stamp by dragging, or pick a quick layout such as "sign over stamp", the usual format for CA certificates. Arrow keys nudge them precisely.
Download the signed PDF. Turn on "Flatten as scanned copy" if the signature must not be removable.

Your files never leave your computer

The PDF, signature and stamp are processed entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to our server or any other server, so confidential documents such as financial statements, certificates and agreements stay private. Your last signature and stamp are saved only in this browser so you can reuse them, and you can clear them any time by clearing site data.

Flatten as a scanned copy

A normal signed PDF keeps the signature as a separate image that a PDF editor can move or delete. Flattening turns every page into a single image with the signature and stamp burnt in, like a scanned copy. Use 200 DPI for email and portal uploads and 300 DPI for print. Flattened text can no longer be selected or searched.

Is this a digital signature?

No. This tool places an image of your handwritten signature and rubber stamp on the PDF. Many documents accept that, such as invoices, letters, internal approvals and scanned-copy submissions. Filings that require a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC), such as MCA forms, income tax audit reports and GST returns, need a DSC or Aadhaar e-sign instead. Are my PDFs uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything runs in your browser, and the signed PDF is created on your own device.

How do I remove the white background from my signature?

Upload a photo or scan of your signature on white paper. The tool removes the white background automatically, and the sensitivity slider fine-tunes it for shadows or off-white paper.

Can I add the signature and stamp to every page?

Yes. Choose "All pages", or a custom range such as 1-3, 7. The same position is used on each selected page.

Is an image signature legally valid?

It is accepted for many business documents, but it is not a Digital Signature Certificate. For statutory e-filings that require a DSC or e-sign, use those instead.

Why can someone still move my signature in the PDF?

Without flattening, the signature is a separate image layer. Turn on "Flatten as scanned copy" to merge it into the page.
